Because of COVID-19, we make online lectures to our students. How did you prepare the course, how about the student participation, how do you rate them, etc....
University of Mostar developed clear guidelines regarding on-line teaching. We will try to switch most of our traditional teaching in next period to our SUMARUM LMS (Moodle) with support of some other tools, for example Google Meet or Hangouts Meet app (Android)...
Both very useful options: Zoom and Skype, and also similar to Google Meet (free software). I have quite low experience with Zoom, but last night I attended GeoGebra webinar via Zoom and all was very smooth and nice!
Meet also allowing sharing of your desktop or some specific window, and if student having large PC-screen, I can guarantee that he/she will have the best experience with this nice tool...
The following options can deliver lecture material via the Internet to students not able to come to class because of emergency conditions, or when you want to teach from home.

Instructors can post lecture outlines, notes, or scripts; and/or PowerPoint files. Send these to your students via email to a list of class members. Students may be directed to do assigned readings before or after reading the lecture materials.
Audio lecture
An instructor who has a computer with an internal microphone (Macs and some PCs) can audio-record an in-class lecture, or record a lecture or mini-lecture from anywhere, and save it as an electronic file by using a free, easily downloadable software like Audacity
All our academic activities are suspended for the moment. If the COVID-19 situation persists for a long time, we have to think of alternate options to resume academic activities. In that case online lectures using our virtual classroom could be a consideration.

I can be wrong, but somehow I am sure that there is always a way how to cheat, i.e. copy/print screen with answers.
Next, I am able to easily send different Q to each of my student, or to generate different Qs for each student on some LMS, but I do not know who is with them, i.e. there is no possibility to control who is giving As...
Dear Nazaruddin, we establish to limit extremely the time for the exams online, so that students have not time to exchange a lot the information. Second, in our SAKAI based Virtual Campus we can create batteries of questions that can be randomized selected for the students by the program so that every student will get a different exam. So if you have 25 students you should have at least a pool of 50 o 60 questions and the program creates individualized exams, so students need a lot of time to interchange information - time they don't have, because the need it for their own exam. I agree with Anton Vrdoljak, we can not control who is behind the student, some Universities are making trials with the videocams online, so students have to connect to a videoconference with the microphone on, so you can see them doing the exam....but I don't know if this is enough or works well.
Teah, we still have to watch them online. But what is really important is how to manage them so that they are not assisted by anyone in carrying out every test or test.
I hope someday we can find a better and more objective way of this online assignment.
In fact ,the academic platforms provided by Google as google classroom and others are regarded as the best technique and procedure to be in contact with your learners.Due to specific schedule ,the teacher manages to host his sts via net,assign some works and material to be achieved.
Dear Nazar,doubtlessly,it is hard to prevent cheating as there is no direct monitor at this process,yet I am trying to make different questions samples and the students have to choose from,beside the possibility of shuffling the questions order so each sts recieves different sample with different questions and choices oder.Additionally ,the alloted time does not help cheat at all.
I was also difficult to prevent cheating in this online assignment. We still have to monitor each student like in an offline one. I hope the software experts will find the way.

Can you condition that the tests or examinations that we give to our students will be done individually by each student, without the help of others? If so, please let me know. This is a big problem for me.
The remote desktop software, for example TeamViever, allows us to remotely access and control the desktop of someone's computers from anywhere... Thus, I am very suspicious regarding testing within Moodle or any other LMS framework...
Maybe you did not understood my last post, or I did not understood your last Q Nazaruddin Sinaga. So, let me to say this: If a student is having a test within Moodle platform, anyone else is able to access student's computer and answering on Qs for him/her...
Sorry dear Anton Vrdoljak , I think I was misunderstood your comment. So, do you have any idea to control the students to work alone, when we make an assignment for 60 students simultaneously with the same questions, please?
I use Google Meet to run online classes in real time. I noticed that the following applications are also used in many schools and colleges: Ms Teams, ZOOM, Webex Cisco. In a situation when colleges and schools cannot have traditional or full-time classes, didactic classes conducted in the form of online e-learning can perfectly replace traditional classes. Giving sessionly assignments and taking onlion exams is a good idea for rating.
In order to answer your question, I usually required my students to take their tests while their laptop screen is shared so that for the questions and time limit they have to just focus on screen and answer the questions immidiately.
