Refering to the paper: "Adaptative Adjustment of Noise Covariance in Kalman Filter for DSE". In the paper, the autors state that PST is used to generate simulation data. I would like to know how do you insert process and measurement noise to the simulation data?
I understand that 4.0% noise is added to the current and voltage phasors, and to Efd and Tm. This would be the measurement noise? When does the process noise is added to the simulation data?
