How do you increase intracellular Calcium level without killing the cells?

So I want to increase intracellular Calcium level in Killifish without killing them, so that I can observe lipofuscin concentration after some time. is there any method to do it without killing the cells as ionomycin does? Maybe just increasing Potassium level in media will increase intracellular Calcium level?
