Bonjour Laurent, thanks for reply, I am interested by the full Design Kit of 65nm CMOS , I want to use it in simulation of an RF analog circuit (RFIC) in Agilent ADS 2009 software
I have already begun the process of MOSIS program, it takes a long time, I need to confirm my simulation results the rather possible. I have already used the TSMC 0.18um design kit, but currently I do a design with 65nm, for that I need the design kit. Not the whole package, just the file that I can insert in Agilent ADS Libreary.
Thanks for your info. Any ideas that a PhD student can also request with the official email ID or need to do it by any Professor. Furthermore, roughly how much time they take to process it.
in this link you will find the licensing instructions for 65nm CMOS design kit. All of the licensing and download actions are provided directly from MOSIS.
Synopsys promote this program where they offer a design kit for a 32nm / 28nm generic technology. Im not sure about the cost or how to get access for students.
it depend which level of integrated you are interesting in, but the CMOS065 from STMicroelectronics might be a good one. You can have access after a simple request to CMP : https://mycmp.fr/datasheet/ic-65nm-cmos065
Laurent Artola where can i find ads model for 65nm process. i have to design an LNA based on it. Most of the places do not provide it to students in india. how can i get one?
