It is a very interesting question for me. I am taking part in RG question answer section actively from November, 2017. Still today I asked perhaps 75 questions. Some of them are coming in my mind as such. I got idea of some questions during giving answer of question of other RG members.
I am writing popular scientific articles from 2002. It may have some effect, I do not know.
For us to fully grasp the concept of asking questions, let us use the perception of Socrates in regards to questions. Socrates is popular for introducing a Socratic means of questioning as a method of reasoning.
When formulating a question, it should be anchored on the problem a researcher wants to address. I usually use a deductive method in questioning, which starts from a general statement to specific.
I have noticed the others haven't actually answered your questions. Neither will I directly. However, I love that you have the simple, humble courage to ask this question. I have learned that questions are at once the most important step of any quest or endeavor. And I have learned that many questions come by serendipity. I mean by this that we ponder and meditate and then the most pertinent questions rise to the surface. This is one reason I am a believer in God and Christ. I believe this is the Spirit of God communing with the spirit of man that does this.
