no problem at all

When a female boss working with you or she is your boss is doesn't matter, it’s based on merit, not gender. well, in my perspective I don't like discrimination in work.

But according to last studies the Women are still waiting for the wage gap to close. In fact, there isn’t one country in the whole world where a woman earns more than a man for the same job. According to the 2014 World Economic Forum report, the U.S. is ranked 65th in the world, which means American women currently “earn about two-thirds of what men earn for similar work.”

I do agree with you all, and there are many great leader women all over the world, really we are talking about mutually cooperation procedures, and some times toughness is the main  controlling factor.

Dear brother Prof. Emad,

I have had both men and women as heads or supervisors. Both of them worked with great skill and expertise. Yet, I noticed that the female boss paid very close attention to every intricacy of the organizational work, from output through to finances while the male boss ignored the petty issues surrounding these. Also, I heard the other workers praise the male boss for his high sense of interpersonal relations skill. Unfortunately, the same workers lambasted the female boss as a shower of arrogance and lacking in interpersonal human relation skills, yet, I saw no trace of those derailing qualities since I worked very close to her.

This may be due to the openness with many male bosses and the reservedness of many female bosses. I don't know whether there may be gender issues related to this. Personally, I admire and would like to work with bosses who do not compromise on anything that would retard the organizational success, no matter how infinitesimal it is. I have seen it more in female bosses and as such would be happy to work with one.

That said, I've worked for women along the way, and one of the more common questions I get from men is how to work for a female boss.

What they're really asking me is: How do I, a man, work for a female boss? And that's not so easy for me to answer, as a woman.

I have been working in a department where male and female were heads, and I can assure you that female are better. It is not a bias , but female care more, pay a great attention to every single issue and tiny detail.

There are NO differences at all, but I just to rise the huge role(s) of women as a leaders or bosses, and there are many many international women leaders with peak skills.
