How do you distinguish 'Peace' and 'Happiness'?

Peace is state of mind and achieved by social and political commitments. Self actualisation is spiritual remedy for achievement of happiness hence both have equivalence.

My belief adequate social peace is achieved by Justice and strong national institutions along with 'Tolerance' and 'Human Dignity' with inhabitants
