Planetary boundaries of climate change, biodiversity etc. strengthen via basic improvements of civilization may be:
1. Basic education to all inhabitants as per global updates
2. Information is always precursor of social justice
3. Syntropic movement by people in adjoining area may be a unit of civil liberty
All three are intrinsic planetary boundaries
Human culture has developed regionally in different traditions. This is not to be expected differently from the point of view of evolution, as for example the development of languages or religions or the ecological foundations of a certain ethnic group can show. This is how diversity is created, which does not mean anything other than demarcation. To remove these natural boundaries temporarily happens in modern times in different ways, e.g. in sport, in international aid institutions, in the UNO and its institutions. In order not to have to answer the question in a vacuum, it should be bound to concrete institutions and projects.
