Moral duties and officials duties are quasi separable and question is about regression between both for achievement of social justice and economic justice along with stress free working system.

Certainly, moral duties and officials duties are related with each other. They are supplementary and complimentary to each other but in some cases, there is regression between moral duties and ethics of working organisations. First, the moral duties are not only organisational but also familial and societal. Second, there is often clash between role of organisational duties and familial and societal roles - what is also called as 'role conflict'. Hence, a number of factors clash with each other i. e., conscience, morality, order and performance thereby leading to regression in the work culture of employees, etc.
If a single-equation model is being considered, it is essential to determine which of 'moral duties' and official duties is the dependent (or endogenous) variable.
If both variables are endogenous, a two-equation structural model would be appropriate.
