I am planning to inject the neutralizing antibody into the mouse tumor model to see the effects. However, this antibody is not well used in the area of cancer/tumor so I could not find a lot of reference articles to decide on the optimal dosage. The manufacturer instruction is to use assay dependent. What is the best way to confirm the optimal dosage and intervals for the best knockdown effects? It would be really helpful if I can find the reference article on studies about that.

Try a range of dosages. Include the highest dosage you have available in order to see if there is any theoretical potential effect.
