you need to give more details Zak, The bands look large. is this a plasmid preparation?. You have some bands which look the right size and your marker is separating well so the gel is working well .you have some results which look good so it seems that you just need to increase the yield of whatever you are doing. If you give more detail I think that someone will have some advice
