How do you carry out the extraction of azadirachtin by using Liquid carbon dioxide from the neem plant?

Does anybody have an idea of how to do an extraction of azadirachtin by using Liquid carbon dioxide from neem plant?

Dear Venktesham

Their is no any method which directly extract Azadirachtin using liquid carbon dioxide. You have to go for purification step after getting extract.
