How do we explain X-RD spectra?

I have 3 Fe-alloy samples with same compositions. And then I run experiment as following :

1. Sample A (control sample)

2. Sample B (parameter 1)

3. Sample C (parameter 2)

I compared X-RD spectra for all samples. For sample A and B the peaks appeared at the same 2 theta angles. However peak intensity for sample B is lower than that of sample A.

For sample C the peaks have distributed to other angles.

What can we say from this?
