Lets take the hypotension or hypertension in the same anxiety disorder in different patients. The disease its the same for the both patients psychiatrically, but the cardiovascular is different. Is there an endocrinal explanation, or is it more like the signaling of the spectrum of apparatus joined with the somatical design of the act ?
I think there are some points to be discussed in this question.
First: hypotension or hypertension in anxiety disorder can not be considered "conversion", if we consider the specific definition of "conversion disorder" by ICD-10.
Second: yes, we can say that anxiety impact on cardiovascular system is related to brain alterations that involve endocrinal system (involving HPA system). But the reactions are not the same to everybody.

k. the point is to search what makes the vegetativ sistem to react. and about the conversion disorder from icd 10 its not apropriate term for the conversion of a psichiatric disorder into a somatical sign. Its not about somatization or this kind. Your afraid and have an response but this response its something between learned and spontaneus. the psihiatric illnes may have a model that can be described for somatical responses an this can evolve to a metod for better medication and treatment. the spectrum its the body aparatus and functions involved in the proces of an psihic act. thanx for your answer. please add a more evolved opinion, your 3 points are objectif and i shall ad a more specifical question.
a psycho somatic illness is what i want to debate but not the main objective of my topic but an inner one. I want to find how illness is relevant from psychiatric to somatic.
another excellent example of psycho somatic illnes is enursis. Nocturnal enuresis is for many physicians is a paychycic disesae; whilel it is in fact a somatic disease, due to the lack of nor-epinephrine production by the thoraco-lumbar alpha sympathetic nerves leading ot relaxation of the internal urethral sphincter at sleep and leakage of urine. Leakage of urine will lead to psychic troubles.
This explanasion will transform enuresis into a somato psychical disesase

The spectrum etc. is the undifiend binding of act and feeling or signal to response, the ideea is not to put cardiovascular first but as an imperment response to anxiety, there the pathology turnaround makes the patient more complex like if you say the signal of fear neads to convert into an body problem. This is just a hypothetical model, the icd conversion may help and must be used properly. Thank you for pinpointong.
