How do we calculate the exact composition (formula) of a perovskite material synthesized by mechanochemical method?

After the mechanochemical synthesis of a novel perovskite, though we take its PXRD to see the phase still we are not sure about the exact ratios of all cations and anions. How to calculate them?

Whatever way of the preparation of the composition is essential. For metals and alloys, SEM-EDAX or XRF can give the composition. If it is organic then CHNS analysis will give the composition and from the composition, the molecular formula can arrive.
