I have recently run several thermal stepping measurements at a temperature range of +20 to -100 °C, at low light intensity (~500 W/m2) on perovskite solar cells based on MAPbI3 and triple-cation active layers. For both of them, the Voc falls from the starting temperature of +20 °C and falls linearly until -100 °C. I cannot find an explanation for this. What could have caused it, has it been observed in other literature?

Thanks in advance!!
