Healthcare providers have the duty and commitment to protect patients from harm. One way of achieving this goal is by getting the vaccines. But we also learn that the providers themselves are debating and doubting about the vaccination.
For Healthcare providers the main challenge is trust and not necessary knowledge. Trust is built over time and once there is transparency in the vaccination processes and all the conspiracy theories are debunked e.g. Some believe it causes sterility in men, if it doesn't after follow up, then, more persons including healthcare provider will readily take the vaccine.
