Is it fair to say that As or P sources BEP are controlled by the needle valve position rather than temperature control (as opposed to other standard effusion cells like Ga, In, Si etc)? The individual temperatures of tank and cracker are usually kept constant and seldom changed? Plus, to achieve similar levels of BEP, which one requires a higher temperature, As or P? The device is solid source MBE
