According to USDA the Recommendation Daily Intake for zinc ranges from 2-14mg/kg (infants to adult)..and as we know that most of the food we consume do not have up to that amount .... mushrooms for instance has 1.33mg/kg of zinc which do not match up to the daily requirement..can I add the zinc salt to the plant for example mushrooms..at 50%,75%,100% and any LITERATURE REVIEW that support it
