I'm using SWAT to model the water balance of two watersheds. Both watersheds have an ephemeral stream channel and a developed spring. While I have data for both, I'm not sure how to account for springflow within SWAT (particularly for calibration). I would appreciate any suggestions (or past discussions) that may have addressed this issue. Thank you!

I think there are many ways! You can add Inlets or change the source codes of the SWAT model, and develop your model based on SWAT.
However, there are many papers about SWAT and springs in karst formations.
The below paper is one of them, it has a good review.

Do you have any information on the springshed? Depending on the size, different watersheds can influence the springflow (depending on geology) and this might be crucial for calibration and validation of SWAT
@ Tatenda Lemann I have information regarding the geologic framework of the region (although not at the subwatershed scale). Outside of that, I have the standard inputs for SWAT (DEM, soils, land use, and some meteorological data).
