Hello! I am working on different factors' effect on an enzyme. I have varied data, temperature, length, concentrations etc etc. When I dont standardize data, I get errors and the way to go about it is to standardize. However, there are many ways to standardize (z score, log transform etc etc), and they produce different results.

My question is: what is the best way to standardize data for SEM?
