I am looking for guidance on what the easiest approach is to creating a cylindrical shell or solid tubing and then completely rotating it by 30 degrees within LS-DYNA. I have researched multiple examples and can't seem to find the best approach, so am a little lost on ideas.

Hello, you can find this at LS-PrePost - actual version - this is even free version online. LS-PrePost is an official pre- and post-processor and generating keywords in various formats.
