In my organic reaction, I am extracting product and the starting compound form Di ethyl ether but my reaction environment contain NMP. When I check GC a huge peak of NMP appear that makes it difficult to analyze the peak of starting compound which also appear near NMP. So I want to know is there is any method or solvent through which I can separate NMP from ether

Your Product dissolved in NMP also Diethyether, so that you unable to remove Direct NMP, because during the NMP removal DiEthylether also get remove., but no problem you just Use Rotavaupour and set the automode to evaporate NMP means within NMP range Diethylether and NMP will go out then you analyze. make sure your product melting point or boiling point range below then NMP.,
If this method not suitable for you means, if your sample dissolve in aqueous solvent means use that and do by separation method or freez separation method

I still couldn't completely realize the exact problem you have.
From your description, the huge peak of NMP in GC chromatograph interference your reaction analysis which starting material peak overlap with NMP. And if you just want to make effective analysis for your reaction. You might change the GC column you use with different type column. In other word, If the column you use is less polarity column, it mean NMP is with similar volarity as your reactant , then change with more polarity column, and try again.
If you wnat to make effective seperation after your reaction has finished. Maybe you should provide more detail description for your reaction.

Try CC, normally solvents means wont give major peak anyway by CC/TLC you can able to get separate otherwise you use the methods that Selva Chemist suggested and then you continue, it will give good result.

I Hope NMP won't make problem, if you want to remove means remove by rotavapour as suggested by selva, otherwise TLC and CC - Column Chromatography will good, but NMP need to check minutely in TLC because this is solvent very less point we will absorb.,
