I suggest starting with the web page for the relevant department or program. Usually there will be links to information about the individual faculty members, and these will include statements of research interests and/or lists of publications (from which you can easily infer what they're studying). If there isn't enough information on-site, then run searches for articles they've authored in the appropriate data base (for example, PsycINFO, PubMed, or ERIC).
Another approach is visiting Scopus and making a query including some keywords in the Title-Keywords-Abstract field, AND the name of the target institution in the affiliation field. You might want to focus on the last five years, as often researchers stop researching in a field after a certain number of years.
You can also search the researches by institution here in RG. Just type the name of the institution in the search bar and enter. Click "Institutions" and browse their "Contributions".
