Hi,

I am doing immunofluorescence in osteoblast differentiation derived Mesenchymal stem cells. I get a negative results where I suspect that calcium deposits in my stem cell during osteoblast differentiation is a autofluorescence. Can anyone suggest how to remove the calcium in the extracellular matrix. I did try use versene (edta) to remove it but the results still negative. thank you
