First, check guidelines of the Journal where you have submitted your publication. Probably you will find some "form" which has to be signed by authors. Or you can also write to Editor in Chief regarding your query.

In my own case, my first name as well as one of my co-author's first name are changed in the paper and another. How can I correct these to still reflect our names?
