I am using Vero cells at the moment. I have a stock solution of 100 mL of 2.5 g/L Trypsin solution (without EDTA). From this how do I prepare 50 mL of Trypsin for the dissociation of my Vero cells? Would really appreciate if you could tell me: a) the concentration of Trypsin to prepare, b) whether I need to add EDTA, and if so - how much of it do I need? (volume & concentration wise), and c) the diluent to be used, and how much of it to add.
Would be great if you could tell me if I am missing any other information! Thank you in advance.
