How do I obtain a 31P-NMR spectrum of mixed taurocholate-lecithin micelles?

I have a dispersion of mixed micelles consisting of the bile-salt taurocholate and lecithin (phosphatidylcholine) and I want to obtain a 31P-NMR spectrum of these. They are 30 nm in diameter.

I have tried to mix the dispersion (micelles in PBS) with ~ 15%(v/v) D2O, and all I get is noise.

Anyone having experience with this?

Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) have Na2HPO4 , KH2PO4 . They create the background.
