You can measure tip-sample adhesion using PeakForce QNM mode, if available in your Multimode.
I suggest you to take a look here and see if it fits what you need: https://www.bruker.com/pt/products/surface-and-dimensional-analysis/atomic-force-microscopes/modes/modes/imaging-modes/peakforce-qnm.html
as in previous message was suggested, Peak Force might be an option, but in some cases it might be too quick. Some samples need time to adhere. Could you give more details about your sample and aim with the measurement? Knowing better the problem would serve better solutions.
If I understand correctly, adhesion between glass and thin film can be done in two scenarios. One, that you have your thin film on some support substrate and use a glass bead as a probe. Second is to deposit your film on an arbitrary tip and push to glass surface.
Either of them might work, but further details might be required to decide which is better.
