I prepare the slide with agarose patch on it and synchronize the embryos of C. elegans on it. I check for the GFP positive embryos from that synchronized group, on a fluorescent microscope. And now I want to isolate/recover only the GFP positive embryos from it.
As they are in between the Glass Slide at the bottom - than Agarose patch - "embryos " - than coverslip on them.......
So is there a possible way of isolating the GFP positive embryos from such conditions?
Or any other method to check the GFP positive embryos and recover them?

When you say embryos, did you mean L1 larvae? In that case, I think this might be helpful to you. It is, in fact, easy to recover the GFP positive worms.
