Hi Satadru Chakrabarty , your chromatogram doesn't show great separation between peaks, so you might want to think about refining your LC method.

Usually the route to proceed when studying natural products would be to dereplicate collated masses and formula assignments for the respective LC peaks. I used to use a tool called MzMine, although i'm not sure if this is still available, you will be able to find similar software.

I would then use a chemical structure database, like Chemspider to check for structural hits to these formulae. This will likely lead to many possible structures though, so you would want to limit your search parameters as much as possible.

Depending on the reaction you performed, you should be able to find a theoretical mechanism which may help you eliminate any structures that shouldn't make sense.

You can extract each peak region and see the MS. then try to identify mass clusters and correlate to possible compounds.
