I am trying to increase the increment to start at 1000 or atleasty have a bigger increment after each interval. I have posted the picture of the same, please help me with your suggestion and procedure.
Explicit integration is conditionally stable and the stable time increment ensures that stress wave travel across the small elements. If you want to increase stable time increment, you can either decrease modulus of elasticity (if that is not critical for you) or use mass scaling (but be careful that inertial forces do not change physics of the problem). Other option would be to use relatively coarse mesh ( carry out parametric study to arrive at optimized mesh)

By using "mass scaling" option in Abaqus you can do that.
after simulation be careful about kinetic and internal energy.

You can conduct mesh convenience analysis, mass scaling would be perfect option
