Google Scholar will be a good start. Peer-reviewed journals can be accessed from databases like EBSCO, Emerald, Science Direct and Wiley. The ResearchGate and Academia are good platforms to get the full text of articles which may not be accessible from different databases. Additionally, http://www.freefullpdf.com can also be of assistance to get the full-text pdf version of articles. Professionals do upload articles and ideas on their Linkedin pages
Have you tried Social Media or list of contacts from smart phones( this could lead to snowballing so be careful)
