I contacted CERN and they reverted we can only take your consideration if I get affiliated supported by them, but I cannot as of now, is there any other way?
Yes you have! You can always put up your own website, spread your message into other blogs and forums (until banned) and start hating so called scientific process ;-) In other words, welcome on board!
Write a paper about it and publish it in a mid tier scientific journal, such as Physical Review. If your work is solid, then the review process will help you improve your manuscript. Journals such as Physical Review are also frequently read by scientists, so your work may get noticed. You don't need prior scientific recognition to get published in mid-teir journals, as long as your scientific approach is solid. Then when you have a set of papers in mid tier journals, go for higher tier journals. After a few relevant papers in Nature/Science it'll be easy to get any affiliations you might need.
Then just continue slowly building your scientific reputation. If you want to speed up the process, go to a conference, where you can personally meet influential people in you area (maybe somebody working at CERN). Good luck!
