In STATA version 16, when an association statistically significant results shows p value as 0.000
how do I get the exact value? I have used r(p_z) or return list. But not working.

If you can import the results in your data set, then you would be able to copy and paste it somewhere else to get the actual value. By the way, excel based tools for meta analysis are better in this regard.
