One of the biggest obstacles of research is finding people who will participate in research. It’s a gridlock, without participants there is no research!

There are other ways you can use to find participants for studies. some might be useful depending on the type of research you are doing:

1. Ask friends and everyone you know to ask their friends to ask their friends.

2. Go to where your audience usually are. (e.g., nursing home, special schools etc.).

3. Ask participants you find to refer colleagues and friends

4. Use services such as respondent.io and Testing Time.

5. Use webpages, Craigslist or an any other equivalent services.

6. try other social media outlets such as Google Plus, Twitter, and remember " in research, quality and outcome are more important than quantity or speed."

It is an interesting topic. I would recommend two things.
