I am considering 4 factors in my experiments. Stirring speed, temperature, time, and solvent mass fraction in my research. I have run the entire 30 runs and even repeated the ones that are outliers, yet I am yet to get a significant model and a nonsignificant lack of fit.

Are you saying that there are no treatment effects? If so don't waste time modelling!

Firstly: What responses are you measuring? Perhaps the issue lies in your choice of methodology.
Secondly: What are the levels of your variables? Perhaps the range is either too short or too wide.
Thirdly: What is the aim of your experiment, and thus, what design are you using?
