I've just discovered the existence of the ADM1 model for anaerobic digestion simulations through reading a review paper. When a paper recommends a model or compares several, I'm used to seeing something somewhere on the web about downloading, trying, or buying the model. But I can't seem to find anything on ADM1 in terms of getting the code to implement somehow. Where is the actual model that everyone is using in all of the publications?
I'm not familiar enough with digestion models to know if ADM1 is a special case of modeling microbial growth that would be covered by the microPop R package, but it may be a lead (CRAN vignette attached and citation below). You could probably contact the package author, Helen Kettle, here on Researchgate.
