You can calculate the doping concentration based on molecular weight of the main precursors of Ag and Zn. So, What are the precursors that you will use to prepare ZnO and Ag doped ZnO?

Thank you for your response. I am using silver nitrate as a dopant precursor where as Zinc acetate dihydrate as a ZnO precursor. now how can I calculate 0.1at%??

Please check out the attachment. I hope it will help you along with some references for practicing. Since you use liquids route to synthesize your final product, please be careful about molarity, number of moles, volume, precipitant and balancing chemical equation.
