use NetCDF for MS EXCEL. It is so easy to use

If you are not familiarised with NetCDF format you should start by reading documentation on  http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf/docs/.

and give a look onto Panoply, a free software (http://www.giss.nasa.gov/tools/panoply/) that maybe provide you with enough functionality for your interests.

If you are familiarised with NetCDF and using MATLAB please read first:

and try the examples with your file.This is the simplest way. Basically if your NetCDF is well structured then a variables is in general coded as a matrix of X(i,j,k,t), where i, j,k,t are in general the indexes corresponding to lat, lon, z and time respectively (or lon,lat,z,time, you should provide more details on your NetCDF file )!!. Then with the function  ncread()  you load X from the file and Matlab builds a matrix of values that you can easily manipulate.

Multidimension tools of arggis if its a spatial data or else try the ncdf4 package of r.  

I have tried to extract data in GIS, but it seems only for certain point (coordinate).Is it possible to extract time series data of selected variables (for example precipitation) in selected lat/long (for example from lat : -5 to -6 and lon: 106 to 108) in GIS?

There is a software that is user friendly and you can easily Extract time series from Netcdf files. This software called Netcdf-Extractor. you can access to this at http://www.AgriMetSoft.com

For CMIP5 Netcdf files, you can enter Lat&Lon But

for another files(such as Agmerra, Aphrodit, Cordex, Cru, etc...), you should enter gridnumber. There is sample for convert Lat&Lon to gridnumber for Aphrodit. ain youtube comment of this video:
