How do I estimate protein concentration when extracting ATP using TCA in tissue sample?

I am trying to estimate ATP in tissue sample. I homogenize the sample in 0.5% TCA and neutralize the supernatant (gentle mixing on ice) with 1 M Tris-acetate buffer to dilute the TCA to 0.05%. I then proceed to ATP measurement using bioluminescence. But, I am facing the problem in protein estimation. TCA and Tris-acetate seems to interfere with BCA reagent. Can someone please help?
