Invivo treatment of a chemical fish invivo and i want to see biochemical changes through FTIR in liver..What else You suggest to do as supprting data??
In principle, you must compare FTIR spectra of the fish liver samples between before and after chemical treatment. For that, the first step you should be done is preparing fish liver sample in a suitable organic solvent, i.e. chloroform or others. You can then analyze the samples by using FTIR sepctrophotometer. You can do it also to the sample that you prepared from fish liver that you have treat with chemical reagent .
If you search for "in vivo FT-IR liver" in Google Scholar for example, you'll find several hits, a few of which are relevant. Here is one paper that I have provided a link to. ATR-IR is used, and the liver is probed nondestructively and in vivo, according to the excerpt from Google Scholar (I do not have access to the paper):
"INTRODUCTION In our previous paper, we demonstrated the usefulness of ATR/FT-IR spectroscopy in the ... 1 The ATR technique is an extremely effective means of obtaining in vivo IR spectra ... we have in- vestigated the ATR/IR spectra of whole rat stomach, liver, and pancreas"....
