I am analyzing court decisions to check on something related to translation errors as argued for/against by litigants. A sample court decision would include the argument in addition to the court response.

Can anybody help me with a resource book that explains the methodological steps used in coding? I understand the steps includes defining themes and making categories, etc. but it is not yet clear me. Thank you all.
