I am working with proteins, using 2D, western blotting techniques. I want to detect phosphoproteins in saliva. So kindly help for me how to simply detect and analysis the salivary phosphoprotein. Anyone tell me please.

I'm not sure what your question is, do you want to know WHY we study phosphoproteins (refer to Md. Moniruzzaman) or HOW to study them?
As for protein extraction from saliva, refer to the attached paper. Once proteins have been extracted (in the presence of phosphatase inhibitors) you can follow a standard western blotting protocol for phosphoproteins such as the one attached from abcam.
good luck
