How do i define two or more tunneling mesh regions on SILVACO TCAD softwere?

I am using SILVACO TCAD tool to simulate TFET for bio-sensing application. I need to define two different regions for tunneling from source to channel region as it has dual sources and they are separated. Is it like "qtx.mesh loc=**** spac=****" or have a different format?
