Dear Researchers,
I wanted to add a layer of CNT in my solar cell model, and I came across in some papers that the researcher used 4H-SiC but why 4H-SiC being used cant we use other materials? and I would like to know where would I get the values of parameters of CNT like electron affinity, bandgap, density of state etc. is there any different way I can define CNT in silvaco ATLAS ?

I think you can define graphene as user.material as following:
in the region statement
region num=? x.min=? x.max=? y.min=? y.max=? user.material=Graphene
And in the material statement for example if you need graphene as semiconductor
material material=Graphene Eg300=? affinity=? mun=? mup=? permittivity=? Nc300=? Nv300=? taup0=? taun0=? index.file=graphene.nk user.group=semiconductor user.default=ITO "for example"
You need to create a file called for example ''graphene.nk'' in your working directory which includes the refractive index "n" and the extiction coffecient "k" as shown in attached file "ZnO.nk" -an example for explainning-, the number above ''40'' is the number of lines. the first column is the wavelength [µm] the second column is the refractiv index "n" of the material i.e. graphene in your case, the third column is the extiction coffecient "k" of the material. both indexes n & k are according to the wavelength.
