Hi all.

I have a model in a PDB. If I look at the PDB as a cube, I would like to cut the model in 8 equal transversal cuts.

At the end of the day, this operation boils down to selecting the residues within a geometric space and saving it.

The cuts must not follow any criteria... just separate the PDB in 8 geometrically equal chunks.

(Excuse the crudity of the example! hahaha....)

Any ideas? Thanks in advance!!
