Hi Ankush,
have a look at our protocols: http://www.plant-biotech.net/ (Plant Biotechnology University of Freiburg, Germany, Prof. Reski). There is also a nice resource for protocols from Japan (Prof. Hasebe, NIBB): http://moss.nibb.ac.jp/.
Of course there are also numerous publications and reviews how to culture Physcomitrella. In general, if you have the equipment for plant cell culture and a bit of experience in it, it should be too hard to establish Physcomitrella in your lab. Of course I cannot comment, how conditions in India influence your work with the moss.
