Hi,

You can prepare precipitation data in Excel, the same can be imported to DssHue. Create the DssHue project file by using option FILE->NEW. Then go to DATA ENTRY-> IMPORT->EXCEL. In this way you can creat Precipitation time series data to HEC-HMS. Suggest you to read HEC-DssHue user guide for more details.
