I want to do an experiment counting number of iron in haemoglobin and compare it to the original (which is 4). I need a protocol to do that please. Any uploads or links? Would be urgent, thank you.

I would think that you can compare the absorption of the heme to the 280 nm absoprtion, if you have pure protein.
